Job Details
Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA
Type of opening: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Allegro end-user support requests, including system access, mass updates, and ad-hoc data requests.
- Responsible for becoming an expert user of applications and systems to support internal and external clients.
- Create and perform tests to ensure requirements have been met. Identify use cases for test automation.
Skillset:
- Must have ETRM experience, preference is Allegro
- Basic SQL experience
- Basic experience with C#
